We cultivate our vineyards with deep respect for the traditions handed down by our ancestors.
As each vintage is unique, we adapt our work to the conditions of the year and the climate, while always respecting nature and the balance of the vine.
The mistral plays an essential role, acting as a natural antibiotic that helps keep the vineyards healthy.
Our vines are located throughout the appellation, bringing finesse and complexity to our wines. We benefit from a wide diversity of the terroirs found in Châteauneuf-du-Pape: sand, limestone, red sandstone, and the famous rounded pebbles (galets roulés).
The average age of our vines ranges from 60 to 80 years, including 3 hectares of centenarian vines, which contribute depth and concentration to our wines.
