Generous red wine, round, and with a lot of finesse.
We are on notes of ripe red fruits and spices
Terroirs: red sandstone, rolled pebbles, clays, limestones and sands
Average age of the vines: 60 - 80 years
Aging for 18 months in concrete vats , french oak casks.
It is a wine with great aging potential (around 10-15 years)
Pairings and Mets:
Red meats, spicy or exotic cuisine, cheese and chocolate.
